1. What States War Is
States War is an independent political-themed territory game, discussion forum, voting experience, and live state chat. Votes, state colors, Master positions, rankings, counters, alerts, and other game results are part of the States War experience only. They are not official election results, scientific polling, or a measure of real-world voter intent.
5. State Master Purchases and Payments
State Master takeovers are digital features of the service. Prices and included features are shown before purchase. Payments are processed through third-party payment providers such as PayPal, and their terms may also apply. Refunds, reversals, and payment disputes are handled according to applicable law, the circumstances of the transaction, and relevant payment-provider rules.
Payment does not guarantee permanent display of user-submitted content. Content that violates these Terms, applicable law, or service safety rules may be removed or restricted.
6. Service Availability
